Update #.111711 FAILURE?

Hi Guys, I've one machine (Win XP Pro, 86)which is locking up - "essential" upgrade will not install - any suggestions?
Last time FXCM did an essential upgrade it quite screwed my trading R & D for over two months...
PLEASE - not AGAIN???

You can find the log file here:
C:\Program Files\Candleworks\FXTS2\update.log
